The Pipefitters Association Local Union 537 Nemca Labor Management Cooperation Trust's mission involves identifying and expanding work opportunities, improving communications, promoting efficiency in operations, promoting health and safety, and establishing and maintaining quality training programs. Additionally, the trust provides a program to assist employers in bidding projects and promotes health and safety programs for pipefitters.
