To protect a preserve the iconic views of the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. Filed lawsuit against Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation, Empire State Development Fund, Toll Brothers and Starwood Mortgage for being in violation of the 2006 Modified General Project Plan.The Pierhouse development on the Brooklyn Bridge Park breaks the SV-1 regulation, blocking the iconic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, A view enjoyed from those in the neighborhood as well as everyone who comes to visit from around the world.
