Ohio Lambda Company

The Ohio Lambda Company operates as a social club as described under section 501(c)(7) of the code. The organization owns and operates a 25 member fraternity house for students of miami university in oxford, Ohio. Ohio Lambda Company collects rent and membership dues from the undergraduate members to be used to pay for the maintenance, upkeep and operation of the house. These expenses include but are not limited to utilities, repairs and improvements. In addition, a portion of the organization's revenue is distributed to the undergraduate members to be used for educational purposes. All undergraduates are required to pay annual dues to the organization. Undergraduates that live in the house during the year pay rent as an addition to their membership dues. All undergraduates are considered members of the organization.
