Provided education through newsletters and seminars dealing with federal and state law developments affecting the used vehicle industry and provided pre-licensing classes. Held annual convention and exposition for members to stay updated about resources available to run their dealerships more profitably. Represented the industry on bmv and other regulatory matters including assisting with dealer licensing applications. Provided group buying discounts and convenience for temporary tags, vehicle auctions, other vendor services, and Ohio workers' compensation group rating. Selected an annual quality dealer of the year award winner in order to recognize and encourage Dealers to strive for outstanding service to the industry and community.
