North Carolina Coalition for Charter Schools

North Carolina Coalition for Charter Schools advocates for the interests of charter schools in the NC General Assembly and State Board of Education. Its mission is to ensure parity and equity for charter schools and promote bills and policies that enable charter LEAs to fulfill their stated missions effectively. The organization has promoted funding and regulatory equity for charter schools, worked on behalf of charter schools during the election to promote issues relevant and important to public charter schools, and prepared issue guides for voters highlighting legislative priorities.
