To educate and inform the public about emergency preparedness, and to alleviate the burdens of government by facilitating an emergency prepardness, emegency notification, emergency contact and victim identification process for families and individuals, by providing governmental agencies with instantaneous disaster communication and alert delivery systems. National Emergency Communications Network assists the public, first responders, NGOs, and government agencies to deliver critical information where, when, and to whom it is needed for disaster prepardness response.
