Nadea supported the stabilization of distressed neighborhoods by ensuring local housing providers have the right tools to transform empty, foreclosed properties into community assets that increase the stock of affordable housing and rental properties for working families. Nadea was approved to work with the National community stabilization trust and in conjunction with the National community revitilization act helped to facilitate the National housing industry mission by offering reconditioned and upgraded properties to assist low to moderate income families.
