Mayo Clinic Health system - mankato Health Care Foundation (the Foundation) is incorporated to enhance the Health Care programs and services of Mayo Clinic Health system - mankato (mchs-mankato).gifts provided in 2014 include the following:support mchs-mankato's palliative Care and hospice services in mankato, st. peter, le sueur, springfield, st. james, waseca, madelia and surrounding communities.grants to support programs within mchs-mankato, including nursing education, lab education, medically indigent support and other programs.the Foundation received donated management and general services of approximately $674,777 from mchs-mankato for the year ended december 31, 2014. This amount is not reflected in the accompanying statements of activities as contribution income and management and general, special events, and fundraising expenses. The donated services from mchs-mankato include personnel and other expenses necessary in the implementation and operation of fundraising and special events.in addition, the Foundation received donated use of facilities from mchs-mankato. The value of the use of facilities was not material and has not been recorded in the accompanying financial statements.
