Description
Legal Hope builds a community of legal support for survivors of sex trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual assault by partnering with law firms and corporations' pro bono legal teams. Our pro bono attorneys provide free legal aid to break down barriers for survivors in the criminal justice system. We also partner with these entities to train their lawyers and provide technical assistance. Legal Hope is located in Seattle, WA.

Program areas at Legal Hope

The wave foundation makes grants to other public charities in support of domestic violence programs. During september 2015, cycle the wave had over 950 riders and raised over $100,000. During 2015, cycle the wave hired an event director, and reserved some funds for organizational expansion. However, the wave foundation is primarily operated and maintained by volunteers, allowing the majority of the proceeds to benefit various programs that support victims of domestic violence.
