To provide free civil Legal Services - Legal Aid Services enables justice for all because we are Oklahoma's law firm for the poor. Legal Aid Services keeps people working, keeps families together and helps our communities function. Legal Aid Services fosters Legal resolutions to problems and issues. In 2024, Legal Aid closed 13,819 cases for individuals who otherwise may not have had access to justice.
To provide Legal representation in deprived child actions brought by the state, ensuring that all children and qualified parents, Legal guardians, and indian custodians receive high quality Legal Services. In 2024, this program served 3,692 clients in 2,234 cases.
To provide city public defender Legal Services. In 2024, the defender office accepted for representation 931 cases in the Oklahoma city municipal court.
