LDS Cares

The purpose of the organization is to provide critically needed financial support and assistance to members of the LDS community (employees of a so-called lanter company ("company")) faced with severe and unexpected hardship within the guidelines and requirements of internal revenue code section 501(c)(3) and its accompanying regulations. The organization will award limited grants to such employees that have experienced extreme hardship and can show financial need. The recipients will be selected by a committee made up of individuals who are not in positions of control in the company or could otherwise influence such company.
