To hold title to property, collect income therefrom, and distribute such sums as determined by its board of directors, to Jevs human services and/or its affiliates, or if such corporation ceases to exist or is no longer exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, then to turn over its income to another organization with similar exempt purposes which is also exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
