Ulimately, Happy Life Animal Rescue strives to work with other rescues and humane organizations in finding forever homes. Happy Life Animal Rescue aims for loving homes where no Animal will suffer from Animal abuse or neglect. Our vision is to educate people about the importance of spay and neuter, and the hope of no further need for kill shelters.
