Program areas at Haltom City Rifle and Pistol Club
Junior club sponsorship - the club sponsors the junior club where youngsters are taught firearms safety, shooting,and responsible handling of firearms.
Public sight-in-days - facility was open to public during the weekends prior to deer season to allow any hunter to sight-in and adjust their firearms. Assistance from experienced club members was offered. For 2016 approximately 21 hunters sighted their rifles in at the club.
Education classes - various classes were offered throughout the year, including: several Texas concealed carry license/renewal, basic handgun,and hunter's education. The education classes follow course requirements established by the Texas department of public safety and the Texas parks and wildlife department.
