Creating affordable home ownership by matching sites, families and community volunteers to build or rehabilitate homes using donated labor, materials and contributed funds. 1-2 homes a year are provided to income qualified partner families.
15-20 home repairs from income qualified home owners per year ranging from critical repairs (health and safety concerns) to accessibility repairs (wheel chair ramps, hand rails, porches).
Restore provides new and donated home improvement materials, as well as furntiure and appliances. In addition to providing these items at an affordable cost, this also helps keep material from the waste stream through reuse and recycling.
