Greyhound Friends of New Jersey

The organization places greyhounds and other needy dogs in adoptive homes. The organization also provides veterinary care for all dogs taken in. This includes spay/neuter, inoculations, heartworm tests, and teeth cleaning. The organization provides all adopters with written and oral information on the proper care of the adopted dogs. The organization provides the public with inforamtion on the proper care of greyhounds, pets in general and on responsible pet ownership through "meet and greet" events, speanking engagements, etc. Greyhound freinds of New Jersey, Inc produces a twice yearly newsletter and maintains a website that explains the organization and its upcoming events and contains a list of adoptable dogs.
