During fy 2022, inglis gardens at Germantown maintained nearly 100% occupancy in the 14 apartments.inglis gardens at Germantown opened in october 2007 and features 10 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom accessible apartments designed for people with physical disabilities who require wheelchairs.
