Eaceas mission is to to serve the Encinitas community by creating and operating a dynamic Arts and Ecology education center. Pacific view academy of Arts will be a cultural tourism destination which will boost Encinitas economy and enhance the neighborhood by continuously improving and sustainably maintaining the site. To date, eacea has been repairing and improving the buildings and grounds and preparing entitlements for the pacific view facilities for use as the pacific view academy of Arts. Promote and enhance Encinitas cultural.
