Empower inspires, develops, and empowers the next generation of female leaders through its mission. The Empower Leadership Academy offers full-day and half-day leadership academies for groups, teams, schools, and organizations. It also provides one-on-one coaching for girls and leadership development. All programs are interactive and grounded in four pillars of empowerment.
