Kenya: Edge of Seven continued working in kenya in 2015 where we worked alongside local ngo partner access and the community of naro moru to build a women's resource center. This first phase of building in the community will be a building with three rooms (one storeroom, and two classrooms) so that the community can develop skills in business leadership, communication, and marketing for the benefit of their membership to start and run new businesses.
General program: general program expenses (staff costs, travel costs, supplies, meetings, training, outreach, advertising, etc.) Used to benefit and further the Edge of Seven mission.
Nepal: Edge of Seven worked alongside nepalese ngo, the small world, to finish work on the six-room earthbag dormitory for girls pursuing a bachelor's degree in the solukhumbu district capitol of salleri. Additionally the organization supported post-earthquake relief in the solukhumbu and the support needed for Seven temporary learning centers built after the two earthquakes.
