Program areas at Eden Village Retirement Center
Eden Retirement Center operates a 128 bed skilled nursing facility (care Center) as a not-for-profit entity for the primary benefit of the edwardsville/glen carbon communities as well as surrounding areas. All beds are licensed and certified for medicare with 105 of these beds also certified for medicaid eligible residents. This comprehensive, quality skiiled care they need includes attractive accomodations, extensive rehabilitative programs provided by compassionate staff, and interactive activities with residents of similar age and abilities. Approximately 29% of our services were provided to indigent medicaid benificiaries, 10% to medicare recipients and the remaining 61% to various other seniors without regard to their ability to pay.
Eden Retirement Center operates a 52 unit senior living apartment complex and 20 senior living duplexes as a part of its continuing care Retirement community. These accomodations are specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors in the edwardsville/glen carbon communities as well as surrounding areas. Over half of our residents pay substantially less than the current market rate for similiar accomodations as a result of Eden's mission and commitment to quality senior living in our community.
