The circle that should have been marked & which we do hereby amend said application is part iv2b - select this box to attest that you normally receive more than 1 3 of your support from a combination of gifts grants contributions membership fees and gross receipts from permitted sources from activities related to your exempt functions and normally receive not more than 1 3 of your support from investment income & unrelated business taxable income. Section 509a2. We have not recv'd any investment or unrelated business income. Please reclassify the al state Society csdiw as a 509a2 public charity under 501c3.
