The Contentment Foundation offers mental health and wellbeing programming for schools, families, and organizations around the world. We provide digital technologies and programs for children from Pre-K through High School, and professional development training. Our mission is to offer the gift of wellbeing to every child in a school. Completing the online training unlocks the Four Pillars Curriculum - a rich, vibrant lesson plan for seven developmental age groups: Infant, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, K-2nd grade, 3-5th grade, 6-8th grade.

By integrating evidence-based practices, the program seeks to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover , and boost productivity. 100% of the profits from corporate partnerships are directed towards supporting mental wellness programs in at-risk communities globally, including schools in kenya, bhutan, uganda, the united states, and pilot projects in india and indonesia.
Global outreach and implementation: the Foundation has expanded its reach in the united states, bhutan, india, indonesia, india, kenya, and uganda. Through partnerships with corporate entities and local organizations, the Foundation has successfully implemented its programs in diverse cultural contexts, promoting mental wellness on a global scale.
