Program areas at Complete Playground

Promoted the inclusion of children with asd and spd by offering specialized sports and fitness classes. These programs encourage interaction with peers, fostering social and physical development. Currently, over 1,600 children benefit from our programs monthly, with a projected reach of 5,000 by 2025.
Launched the inaugural completeplayground conference: the power of neurodiversity, in partnership with yale, nyu, cuny, and houston universities. This event brought together experts and advocates to celebrate neurodiversity and explore innovative strategies for fostering inclusive communities.
Promoted the integration of children with asd and spd with their peers by opening access to our Playground through collaborations with private and public schools. These visits enable children with sensory disorders to engage and benefit from shared experiences with other students. Since february 2024, we have welcomed over 40 school visits, enhancing inclusivity and social learning.
Complete Playground, a 40,000 square foot indoor play space located in the former new york sports club on broad street, just south of wall, has made a significant contribution to the community. This innovative facility spans three floors and includes a variety of amenities such as a giant climbing apparatus, pretend play areas, and even a barbershop. In alignment with our mission to support inclusivity, Complete Playground is intentionally designed to accommodate children with neurodivergence. The facility features interactive, sensory-friendly play zones, with designated spaces where children can unwind, ensuring a supportive environment for all. This achievement exemplifies our ongoing commitment to fostering accessible, inclusive, and engaging spaces for children in the community.
