Combatting Homelessness and Dependency

Our first client was accepted in november 2022 and second in december 2022. Case management services were provided to assist clients with finding landlords willing to work with their poor credit history and getting them into affordable housing. Direct financial assistance was provided as application fees/security deposits were paid for both and monthly rent was paid for client #1. Case manager also helped clients to attain donated basic household items and furniture. Case manager will continue to accept additional participants into the program in the next year. Her expected capacity is to work with up to 10 clients at one time.
