Cole Turkey Acres Membership association inc provides water and road maintenance, repair and replacement. The purpose of its tax exempt status is to maintain annual needs and to save for future needs. There is no profit motive, but savings are held in order to have a safety reserve fund for such things as needing water system improvements and road improvements or repairs, with the understanding that these are reasonable reserves that will be necessary in the future but are not being used as a profit to the organization or its parts.
