The Ciel Foundation

Teaching,tutoring & education: kara black of The Ciel Foundation taught low-income k-8 children and adults learning english. Ms. black has a k-8 wa teaching certificate and completed an adult esl training 9 22. She taught esl students twice weekly at whatcom community college wcc during The fall of 2022. She also taught two refugee adults and one wcc student english in small groups and one-one one in The fall of 2022. She also tutored four children once or twice weekly in both math and english in The fall of 2022. In addition she coordinated The literacy program for a newly arrived refugee family

Program management oversee & coordinate Foundation's work bookkeeping preparing irs documents banking--including bank fees. Does not include taxes or electronic filer fees
