Capitol City Householding Corporation of Sigma Phi Epsilon

Foster and encourage among the members of the Corporation, and between such members and active members of the Florida Epsilon chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, a closer personal acquaintance in fraternal spirit of mutual Corporation; to assist and advise with said Florida Epsilon chapter and to promote the general welfare and interest of said chapter and its active members; and to produce, provide, equip, furnish, manage and control property for the use of said Florida Epsilon chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
