Social center - the social center is support service within the community for individuals with disabilities, whether diagnosed with a physical, cognitive, or developmental disability, or an individual with mental health concerns. The center provides activities and the opportunity to socialize with other individuals, minimizing their isolation and loneliness that can be experienced by these individuals. During the fiscal year 2014, the social center received in-kind donations of 35,501.
Food pantry - on the third saturday of every month, the center provides perishable and non-perishable food to the members of the center. This provides the members with nutritious food at the end of the month when their funds for food are often depleted.
Payee program center - the canton center payee program serves individuals who are in need of assistance with managing their social security, veterans, or pension benefits. These services assist in reducing homelessness and increasing stability by issuing rent and utility payments in a timely manner for all clients. Individualized budgets also help to ensure that clients have money throughout the month. At the close of the fiscal year 2014, the payee program was providing these essential services to around 500 clients.
