California Motor Car Dealers Employee Benefits Trust

Group insurance plan with 0 participants as of 11/30/18. On june 24, 2010, the plan's board of trustees approved a resolution to terminate the plan's benefit offerings effective december 31, 2010. Beginning in 2011 the Trust had no benefit offerings. Once all of the obligations of the plan have been satisfied, the California new Car Dealers association has authorized the establishment of a tax-exempt foundation under irs code section 501(c)(3) for the purpose of receiving funds that the Trust may transfer to it, subject to the approval of the department of labor, to carry on educational and charitable activities for the benefit of those generally affiliated with the automotive industry and members of the public. The Trust may also transfer funds to other charitable organizations.
