In fulfilling the mission of the organization in inspiring and helping youth reach their full potential, the organization has the following programs:Character and Leadership- Helping youth become responsible,, caring citizens and acquire skills for participating in the democratic process is the main thrust of this program. Developing leadership skills and providing opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community, and celebrating our national heritage.Education and Career- Academic enrichment, school engagement, targeted dropout prevention, and intensive intervention and case management. Our aim is to ensure that all Club members graduate from high school on time, ready for a post-secondary education and a 21st centure career.Sports, Fitness and Recreation- These Club programs help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.Health and Life Skills- These initiatives develop young people's capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.Arts and Technology- Programs in this core area enable youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts, crafts, performing arts and creative writing.Job Skills and Employment- Ready youth for entry into the workforce via training, activities and work experience, in order to enhance employability, relevant job skills, resume building and idea generation for entrepreneurship.
