Program areas at Behavioral Health Network of Greater St
BCR: The Bridges to Care and Recovery project brings together community leaders to assess the issues that contribute to both positive and negative outcomes that affect the care and recovery of those most in need. The project resulted in specific recommendations to create a sustainable plan to address the gaps between the existing service systems and to strengthen the existing collaborative framework for behavioral health. 134 Churches have received mental health training.
EPICC: The EPICC project connects individuals who have overdosed on opioids from the hospital ED to treatment by Recovery Coaches staffed by multiple treatment providers. Over 2000 referrals are made per year. The program emphasizes access to medication assisted treatment to support recovery.
MED RESPITE: The MED RESPITE program implements the Healing to Recovery project, which is a collaboration with Haven Recovery House, to establish recuperative care models in recovery housing settings with an evidence-based practice guide. The program serves the homeless and at risk adults within seven counties in Missouri.
