The organization performs tnr (trap, neuter, and return) in the greater dayton and surrounding areas. Tnr is when feline colonies are humanely trapped, brought to a veterinary clinic where they are spayed/neutered, treated for any health conditions and are ear-tipped. Then, they are returned to their original colony or fostered/adopted. During 2022, the organization tnr'd 1,366 Cats and were successful in finding forever homes for 246 of those Cats. Batta Cats also makes and provides winter cat shelters for stray and homeless Cats. In 2022, the organization made 160 cat shelters at their workshop and another 100 throughout the season. These shelters are then given to community members who care for community Cats.
