Develop and administer programs. Develop and administer programs to promote, support, and enhance the college and its students. The Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College Education and Entrepreneurial Development. The Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College Education and Entrepreneurial Development Foundation, Inc. works to enhance and promote the existing entrepreneurial support activities of the College's Small Business Center and Business Incubator.

Consistent with its mission and vision, the foundation funded two grant proposals which included $100,000 for the embedded entrepreneur program and $267,000 for the venture asheville mentoring & peer advisory services program. The agriventures jobs and innovation program is completed and closed out. The kauffman foundation entrepreneur in residence program has been transfered to the a-b tech Community College foundation for continued administration.
