Science for all, llc science for all's vision is to foster powerful and enduring networks of nonprofits, industry, academia, civic organizations and the public to put stem within reach of every human being in Arizona and beyond. Science for all, llc supports all Scitech Institute programs. Our mission is to transform lives by providing everyone, particularly lowincome and underserved populations, with access to the world of possibilities in science, Technology, engineering and mathematics (stem).arizona workforce development and Arizona advanced manufacturing coalition (aamc): the az workforce development initiative's mission is to provide opportunities for the advanced manufacturing (am) industry to connect with students, inspire their natural curiosity and fuel their passion for stem by introducing them to stem career opportunities available in am and related industries. Goals include creating an Arizona am workforce pipeline, fostering communication and collaboration within the am community, enriching school stem culture and career awareness, and raise public awareness of stem career pathways in am. The aamc is a collective of Arizona organizations dedicated to helping raise awareness about careers and businesses in advanced manufacturing. The coalition works to develop pathways to advanced manufacturing jobs and connect the community of associates involved in this sector around the state.
Arizona stem ecosystem: science happens here is a game for kids in 3rd through 8th grades that includes collecting trading cards with science knowledge on them. Created by local first Arizona, the game is designed to engage kids to better understand the science that surrounds them everyday!kids collect the cards at local businesses (no purchase necessary) and visit the website (https://sciencehappenshereaz.com) to conduct science experiments at home using household items. Arizona Scitech festival and rural activation and innovation network (rain) holds az science bowl. The annual Arizona science bowl for Arizona and Nevada middle and high school students promotes interest in a variety of science and math disciplines. High school categories include biology, chemistry, earth and space science, energy, mathematics, and physics. Middle school categories include life science, physical science, earth and space science, energy, mathematics, and general science. Competitions take place in february and march. First place teams go on to compete at doe national science bowl competitions in Washington, d.c. In april/may. The Arizona science bowl is an initiative of the Arizona Technology Council workforce development committee and presented by the Scitech Institute and solugenix corporation. Events are hosted at Arizona state university (asu) west in partnership with the asu new college of interdisciplinary arts and sciences and its school of mathematical and natural science.chief science officer (cso) program, east valley stem alliance a free networking group open to valley companies, school districts, nonprofits with stem programming and city's economic development staff. The evsa connects our community's 12 students to Technology and innovation with a goal of increasing the pipeline of future stem talent and leaders. By partnering with industry and the academic community, we strive to meet the demands of the future workforce by inspiring students to consider stem careers.
