Services include education of the public, locating bureau for lost & found pets, low cost spay-neuter program, home to home adoption, food coupons for the pets of the needy and elderly, information and referral service. Pets spayed through the low cost program. Pets spayed for free through the emergency aid program. Cats spayed or neutered through tnr program (trap,neuter,release). Awl publishes a newsletter two times a year, in the fall and in the spring. Public education and outreach regarding dog and cat ownership. Calls fielded regarding rabies as well as miscellaneous wildlife and pet concerns. Veterinary bills paid or reduced through outreach to local veterinarians. Calls regarding lost pets.
