AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CIVIL ENGINEERS South Carolina Section advances the science and civil engineering profession. Its young member and student chapters support colleges and universities for the development of leadership skills, technical knowledge and practical engineering experience through scholarships, awards and grants. The organization conducts meetings and conferences to enhance abilities of civil engineers, provide networking opportunities, and promote continuing education for engineers through affiliated Branches.
