Hsema it support - plan, manage, and coordinate activities for technology related projects which are complex in nature and may be a significant component of a larger-scale program. This allows dc hsema to work closely with customers and/or stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring monitoring of project expenses, budget requirements, task descriptions and work breakdown structures, and to accomplish program/project requirements.
VA Endeavor Phase 1 - Program management and facilitation of all meetings, discussions, notes, status reports, and the discussion/approval of the initial strategy, goals/objectives, and ENDEAVOR "kick-off' meeting workshop concept, themes, possible speakers, resources needed, invite lists, and calls to action.
Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) - The purpose of the program is to partner state and electric utilities to support risk reduction and increase community resilience across the community lifeline of the Energy/Power Grid resilience category.
