Program areas at Ace Mentor Program of Washington

Industry professionals in the architecture, construction and engineering fields volunteer to Mentor high school kids in order to introduce them to these professions and encourage them to pursue careers in these fields. In the 2021-2022 school year, 158 students from 54 high schools participated on 10 Ace teams. The students were mentored by 169 volunteer professionals from 59 area architectural, construction, and engineering firms. The scholarship Program awarded $137,000 to 14 graduating seniors, bringing the total since inception to $1,121,000.
