Because the homeowners are typically not able to obtain financing through conventional means, the organization provides financing at zero percent interest for extended terms (generally over 15 years). The ginger ford - Northshore fuller center for housing serves as an annual host for the world changers organization - an organization that places young high school and college age kids out across the country to do mission work for the poor. Our organizations roll is to coordinate up to 30 home refurbishment projects each year. Many of those projects involves the construction of wheelchair ramps for the handicapped who lack the resources to convert their homes into handicap accessible dwellings.
