To provide outpatient mental health services to approximately 6,000 individuals and their families in a consumer driven, person centered delivery system. Our staff is comprised of apprxoimately 20% consumers who are involved a a recovery model of mental health. Adult outpatient programs: individual therapy, group therapy medication, peer support services, supported housing and employment were provided to approximately 5,000 individuals. These individual citizens of Wayne County Michigan suffer from mental illness and could be at risk for hospitalization. Our services are delivered in a person centered driven culture, empowering our consumers to live their lives to their fullest potential. These services also include outpatient case management that assists clients applying for any assistance for their daily needs. These programs also facilitate job training, job placement and housing needs for adults 18 years of age and older. We partner with gleaners to provide individuals and families with food boxes. Fundraising for holiday baskets occur throughout the year. Child and family programs: children and their families including infants are served in these outpatient programs which provide individual therapy, group therapy, infant mental health services and parenting skills if needed. These children and their families are also provided with case management services assisting families in the process of obtaining entitlements and other necessary resources for daily living approximately 6oo children and their families receive services in these programs on an annual basis. We also provide resources (such as our backpack program) and trainings to the community when the need is identified such as life skill education. Intensive programs: our clubhouse program is a psychosocial rehabilitation program operating for up to 120 clients per day 5 days per week for 6 hours per day. We are proud of our clubhouse national certification. These adults learn modern events, work skill and social skills. Clients are trained for employment in the community and some individuals are employed by Lincoln behavioral services. The assertive community treatment program includes outreach to the most chronic mentally ill consumer. These 90 - 140 individuals receive 2-5 visits per week assuring all daily needs are met. A 24/7 crisis line is available to these clients. Our Fairweather program offers independent living situation for 6 male and 6 female consumers. These individual establish a small business and are supported by staff for job training and daily living skills.
