Online confidence program zgirls hosts online confidence-building programs. In 2022, we directly served and supported 1,500+ Girls and families. We measure our impact on Girls by demonstrating their commitment to participation in the program alongside the changes in their own sense of self-worth. Our primary sources of measurement are baseline and exit surveys administered to each girl in the program, alongside surveys administered to family members and caretakers. Our goal is to see that every girl in every program is learning, absorbing, and using their new skills in their everyday lives.
