Program areas at Yuma District Hospital Foundation

The Foundation received a grant from the Colorado health Foundation and received donations to complete. The funds are being used to establish a health park on the south side of the Hospital. The park includes walking path and outdoor lifestyle exercise equipment. The park is opened to the public as well as being used by the physical therapy department at the Hospital.
The Foundation contiues to support the expenses of the Yuma District Hospital's theraphy pool.
The Foundation provides a scholarship to a high school senior from Yuma, liberty, otis or lonestar,colorado who is majoring in a medical field.
