Managed a grant from the doj office of juvenile justice delinquency prevention for a second chance grant. In partnership with the state of Florida, Youth Opportunity Foundation was selected to implememnt the provided traumatic brain injury assessment and treatment program in the juvenile justice system to reduce recidivism and develop a more comprehensive continum of care upon community re-entry for Youth with diagnosed brain injury.
Solicited, and distributed, donations to support funds for post-adjudicated Youth to support job acquisition and promote post-secondary education upon community re-entry.
Developed collaborative programming with another 501(c)(3) to solicit and distribute donations to encourage, and enable, post-secondary education and vocational training to create and support employment opportunities for vulnerable, under-resourced Youth.
