Helps Youth succeed by providing educational and workforce Opportunities, skills development, and access to career pathways. Y.o.u. Has two main areas of focus: (1) community-based employment initiatives that work with employers and industry sectors to create summer and year-round work Opportunities, and training that leads to certification, as well as jobs, internships, and other workplace experiences for ages 14-24 who come from families that live in economically distressed communities. Y.o.u. Operates a community-wide summer jobs program with funding from various entities, including government, in which y.o.u.
