Program areas at YLNI
All events and programming are held to attract, develop and retain emerging Leaders through community, professional and social engagement. During fiscal year 2022, Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Inc. (ylni) held more than a dozen events and programs. This would include a year-round farmers market, a three month river concert, interactive panel discussions on combating racism and social injustice with community members and Leaders, a power lunch series with community Leaders, team events designed to engage members, build connections, and increase ylni awareness, and four separate leadership development programs covering ages 16-40 years old. As of december 31, 2022 ylni had 170 dues paying members.
