As one of only three northern California community-based organizations to be the joint commission-accredited for both Hospice and palliative care, yolocares provides a comprehensive set of services, including Hospice, palliative care, grief support, caregiver support, advance care planning, and respite care. Yolocares has over 70 active volunteers.
