Wrc works to protect the Rights of workers making apparel and other goods, primarily at factories associated with its affiliate educational institutions and other organizational partners. Wrc assesses code of conduct compliance, identifies violations, and promotes remediation at numerous production facilities around the world, while also working to promote better labor practices throughout the broader apparel industry and in other manufacturing sectors. Wrc's efforts have helped thousands of workers improve their working conditions, wages, and respect for the fundamental workplace Rights. Wrc is able to run its programs from revenue generated by affiliate dues, grants and contributions, and programs.
