Program areas at WFTDA
Engaged in activities that foster international amateur sports competition by providing intensive training and instruction to adults. Through wftda, more than 460 leagues of highly-skilled participants engage in developing and maintaning rules of play, qualification standards, seasons of play, and safety standards for international athletic competitions. Wftda's activities are directed toward fostering serious competition by: - training, supporting, and developing athletes for local, national, and international competitions; - providing intensive roller derby-related clinics, workshops, lessons, and seminars; and - coordinating roller Derby competitions at the local, national and international levels
