The Wisconsin Election Commission WEC is not properly managing eligible voter data in that they are not entering all those people who have been adjuicated incomptent by our courts and have lost their voting privileges. Wisconsin Voter Alliance WVA used its resources to litigate this case through the lower courts and ultimately lost this effort in a Wisconsin Supreme Court decision
Organization engaged in educational activities with members and the general public. The directors of the organization provided updates regarding specific issues relating to election law as well as education on election law issues in order to broaden the understanding and appreciation of the issue among members and the public.
